That said, we fully stand behind the quality of what arrives at your door. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, reach out within 30 days of delivery with your order number, a photo of the issue, and a brief description — and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Every order has two stages — production and shipping.

• Production: Most orders are produced within 2–7 business days after your order is placed.
• US Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days after your order ships.
• International: 5–20 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs.

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order is on its way.
