What is your return policy?
Because every YTC piece is made to order, we aren't able to accept returns or exchanges for reasons like ordering the wrong size or simply changing your mind. We recommend reviewing the sizing guide on each product page before you check out.
That said, we fully stand behind the quality of what arrives at your door. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, reach out within 30 days of delivery with your order number, a photo of the issue, and a brief description β and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. Every transaction is secured and encrypted at checkout.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Because production begins quickly after an order is placed, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order is submitted. If you need to make a change, reach out to us immediately at info@yourstrulycleveland.com and we'll do everything we can to help before it goes to print.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to most international destinations. Delivery windows vary by location β typically 5 to 20 business days after dispatch depending on your country and customs processing. International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import fees.
How long does shipping take?
Every order has two stages β production and shipping.
- Production: Most orders are produced within 2β7 business days after your order is placed.
- US Standard Shipping: 2β5 business days after your order ships.
- International: 5β20 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs.
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order is on its way.
Do you offer free shipping?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected. We periodically run promotions that include free or discounted shipping β follow us on Instagram or sign up for our newsletter to stay in the loop.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Use it to follow your package every step of the way. If your tracking hasn't updated within 7 business days of placing your order, reach out at info@yourstrulycleveland.com and we'll look into it.
How do I find my size?
Every product page includes a sizing guide with chest, length, and sleeve measurements. Our apparel generally runs true to standard US sizing. If you prefer a more fitted look, size down. When in doubt, size up. Have a question about a specific style? Reach out before you order β we're happy to help.
