We Stand Behind What We Make
Every piece in the YTC catalog is made to order β printed and produced the moment you place your order. Because of that, we aren't able to accept returns or exchanges for reasons like ordering the wrong size or simply changing your mind.
What we will always stand behind is the quality of what arrives at your door.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or just plain wrong β we've got you. Reach out within 30 days of delivery with your order number, a clear photo showing the issue, and a brief description of what went wrong. We'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund.
Lost or Undelivered Orders
If your order never makes it to you or is returned to sender due to an address issue, get in touch and we'll work through it together.
