We Stand Behind What We Make

Every piece in the YTC catalog is made to order — printed and produced the moment you place your order. That's how we keep things intentional. No excess inventory, no sitting in a warehouse. Just your piece, made for you.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Item must be unworn and unwashed
  • Item must be in original condition
  • Sale and discounted items are final sale — no returns accepted

To start a return, email us at info@yourstrulycleveland.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll review your request and respond within 2–3 business days. If approved, we'll send you the return shipping address and next steps.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the item has been received and inspected. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing once we receive your return.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or just plain wrong — we've got you. No need to ship anything back. Just reach out within 30 days of delivery with the following:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo showing the issue
  • A brief description of what went wrong

We'll take it from there with a replacement or full refund. No runaround.

Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your order never makes it to you or is returned to sender due to an address issue, get in touch and we'll work through it together. We'll do everything we can to make sure your order ends up where it belongs.

Sizing

We want to make sure you're ordering with confidence. Every product page includes a sizing guide — take a look before you check out. If you have a question about fit before you order, reach out and we'll point you in the right direction.
