How Your Order Gets to You

Every YTC piece is made to order β€” printed and produced the moment you place your order. That means nothing sits in a warehouse waiting. It's made for you, then shipped to you. Here's what that timeline looks like.

Production Time

Before your order ships, it goes through production. Most orders are produced within 2–7 business days after your order is placed. During peak seasons β€” holidays, new collection launches, and high-volume periods β€” production may take a little longer. We'll always do our best to get it moving quickly.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Once your order leaves production, here's what to expect for delivery:

  • Standard Shipping β€” 2–5 business days after dispatch
  • Priority Shipping β€” faster transit where available; production time still applies
  • Express Delivery β€” select products and providers offer 2–3 business day total turnaround, production included (continental US only)

Carriers vary by print provider and may include USPS, UPS, FedEx, and others. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

International Shipping

We ship internationally. Delivery windows vary depending on your location, your local customs process, and the carrier assigned to your order.

  • Estimated delivery: 5–20 business days after dispatch, depending on destination
  • Customs processing and local carrier conditions can affect timing beyond our control
  • International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import fees

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Use it to follow your package every step of the way. If your tracking hasn't updated within 7 business days of your order being placed, reach out and we'll look into it.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order appears lost in transit or hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact us. We'll work directly with our fulfillment partner to investigate and make it right β€” whether that's a replacement or a refund.
